What is a unit?
A unit refers to the smallest entity in a residential operators portfolio. Unit can be a coliving bed or a room in a apartment or a built to rent property
Do you offer discounts?
You always pay the lowest price based on your usage tier and prices are always adjusted to your actual usage. I.E: You will be billed month by month for exactly the active locations you have had that month.
Is there a minimum no. of units required?
There is no minimum units required to use our software, however there is a minimum billing that you will have to pay when you have less units in your portfolio. To know the minimum billing slabs, contact our sales team.
What integrations do you support?

Is there any certification to validate the training received?
TheHouseMonk value delivery team conducts virtual certification programmes for the business users of the client organisation. After the business users complete their training they will have to participate in a online test and users who clear the test will be awarded with a certificate of validation from TheHouseMonk.
Do you provide in-person/on-demand trainings?
Your subscription comes with 3 free virtual trainings for your team. You can book your training slots as per your convenience within 90days from the day of billing. In person trainings we will be facilitated on request & the logistical costs will be borne by the client
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you will save up to 20% discount on your subscription. Your contract will be coined for 12 months and your card will be charged on the first day of every month. The contracts will be renewed after 12months
What to do if i have over 1000 units?
If you manage more than 1000 units in your portfolio you can reach out to our sales team for a custom discounted pricing that scales with your business.
